We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful outdoor seating area and pool. The highlight was our room with a balcony facing the water, allowing us to soak in the perfect views of the sunrise. We also made use of the complimentary bicycle rentals to explore the nearby attractions while on our cruise stopover with a few colleagues.

My kids wished there were more activities for families. Perhaps adding a kids' club could enhance the experience for families staying with children.

The room was spacious and clean, but the shower was broken during my stay.

Fabulous experience with friendly staff who genuinely care! The restaurant served an incredible New York Strip, and the lush ambiance added to the appeal. The view from my room was outstanding. however, navigating the property can be tricky on rainy days. A few potholes on the access road caught me off guard, but the hospitality exceeded all expectations.

Had a good time overall. The room was cozy, and we loved the view of the water. Totally cool to see the Queen Mary from our balcony. Breakfast at the restaurant was yum, but the staff seemed a bit stretched during busy times. Still, a nice place to stay for our group cruise!

I loved my stay here mainly because the views of the bay were breathtaking and I was just a short walk from the Queen Mary and Shoreline Aquatic Park, which made exploring so simple and enjoyable for a weekend traveler like me. The hotel also offered a lovely restaurant on-site, which was super convenient when I didn't want to wander too far after a long day of walking around the city, but I did wish there were more dining options nearby for variety when needed.

I felt pretty let down by our experience. The restaurant was terribly limited, and everything was overly spicy—barely anything was appetizing. To top it off, our room didn’t look anything like the photos online, which was really disappointing. it felt cramped, and the only thing available in the bathroom was a pedestal sink. I definitely expected more for the price we paid.

We had an awesome time chilling by the pool and exploring the nearby bike rental options. The location is great for hitting up the local attractions and the shuttle service made getting around super easy. Don’t miss out on trying the restaurant’s delicious breakfast and using the balcony for those stunning sunsets!

The best part was the view from my room's balcony over the water🌊. Gorgeous! But the pool area seemed a bit neglected and could use some TLC.
